Supporting a sacrilegious sanctuary, scientific society, and solace for Southern secularists.

Deborah Owens Fink, running for state school board in Ohio, is a boob.  She is critical of evolution.  That's fine.  Evolution has MORE THAN ENOUGH evidence to withstand any rational consideration.  The problem is, like so many political conservatives, she doesn't "do" rational consideration.  She filters everything through the lens of what she wants to be true.  No-brain anti-evolutionists remind me of someone making excuses and apologies for an alcoholic family member.   Their blind faith in the face of fact is an embarassment, but they keep finding a reason to keep it around because it is part of them.

The National Academies of Science thinks there is a consensus.
Of course, despite it being the most prestigious scientific organization in the country, she dismissed that organization as:

"A group of "so-called" scientists."

Ignorance knows no bounds.
